12 years of combined bedside, critical care, school nursing and research under my belt. I believe wellness does not have to mean perfection. Small, consistent changes can create life-changing results and my goal is to bring you healthier habits without extreme restriction. I want to create an environment where we are always learning and adding science-backed research to our routine for long-term health. As a busy mother of two young children, I understand how difficult finding time is and I’m here to teach you what works. I want to share everything that I know how to do from kids projects to health.
